Shipping
All items ship from The Hague. Items ship within 7-10 business days. All items are sent via PostNL. When your package has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number.
Packaging
Prints are shipped rolled in sturdy tubes. This is to avoid any damage. All other items are shipped in padded envelopes or boxes. Please try to recycle and reuse any shipping material as much as possible.
Refunds
I am unable to offer refunds and am not responsible for orders lost by the carrier, for orders lost due to customers entering incorrect information, or for stolen, damaged, returned, or unclaimed packages.
International orders
